Who We Are

Tradition and Innovation

We are an Italian bistro located in one of the most beautiful districts of the historic center of Rome, the Campo Marzio district, a few steps from the Parliament, in a quiet and picturesque street.

Right here we decided to open Prefetti19 , a small restaurant whose goal is to pamper and welcome its guests in a comfortable and elegant environment offering a refined cuisine but which always winks at the great gastronomic history of our country so as to create a harmonious mix between tradition and innovation.

A young and passionate staff will guide guests on this journey and will guide you through this food and wine journey!
